Bellow Seal Globe Valve manufactured in Size of DN80 Class 900 / 1500 and Gland Seal Gate Valve manufactured in Size of DN200 Class 300 / 600
Carried Analytical demonstration and impact hammer test on the valve and actuator assembly to find the fundamental natural frequency.
Valve designed, tested Seismically by Static Load test for the required response spectra. (fundamental natural frequency > 33Hz)
Cyclic test of 10000 cycles on the Bellows.
Valve tested and qualified by Helium Leak Test at the rate of 10-6 Std cc/sec to ambient as per ASME Section V
Both body plug / Wedge seats are hard faced with colmonoy material.
